President and CEO
As co-founder and President-CEO, Rashmi Wagle brings over 18 years of IT executive leadership and experience in enterprise software development, system analysis, systems architecture, delivery, and business development.
Rashmi is a results-oriented, delivery-focused thought leader. She is team-oriented and has managed programs in highly matrixed organizations while staying current with evolving technology trends.
Rashmi’s goals at SDLtek are to enable teams to align with customer objectives, bridge IT and business gaps, manage expectations, promote lean agile improvements, and deliver customer-centric solutions.
